Pro Great looking picture performance at the price. Nicely designed.
Cons Slightly less detailed than the moreĀ expensive models
This Panasonic model has perfectly reasonable specs. Three HDMI inputs should be plenty, andthe other inputs are there too: component, RGB Scart, S-Video and composite).
Twin-tuners and an SD card-reader are nice touches. The slim TX-P42X10 (sometimes called the Panasonic TX-P42X10B ) is nicely finished and the on-screen menus work well. A rather cheap looking, although very easy to use, remote lets the show down very slightly.
The entire displayed colour palette is convincingly neutral, and the plasma technology gives great, deep, satisfying black tones.
The excellent TX-P42X10B is a great plasma TV for a remarkable price.
